Many people have heard of the Imps Birthday Lotto, but just how did it start? In September 1993 Lincoln City Football Club launched their first independent lottery which ran for four years called the Lincs Lotto. The Imps Birthday Lotto was launched in November 1997 and six years later membership was increased when we amalgamated with the Lincoln & District Football Supporters Club. Since the Imps Birthday Lotto was launched it has raised well over £500,000 for Lincoln City Football Club; an excellent amount. Every week a top prize of £1,000 is paid out as well as 45 runners-up prizes of £10. In addition, a rollover jackpot is also in operation - this increases by £200 per week until it's won and can reach a maximum of £10,000.
